Our Planning Process

CaringTide provides long-term planning for your whole family, not just the loved one with a disability. CaringTide combines personal experience with professional expertise. Legal professionals, Certified Financial Planners, Tax Specialists, and Chartered Special Needs Consultants come together to ensure your family receives professional guidance and direction that is customized to your unique needs. 

Our CaringTide team members are passionate advocates for the disability community and bring personal insight and empathy, making our approach both comprehensive and compassionate. 

Becoming a Partner Family

Choosing to become a CaringTide Partner Family is an important decision. To best assist your families as you explore becoming a Partner Family, we have created a simple, no-cost, approach.

STEP 1: DISCOVERY CALL (45 minutes)

In this complimentary Discovery Call, you will meet with either Brady Murray or Jennie Dopp. This meeting provides an opportunity to share your story and learn more about how Partner Family may benefit you.

STEP 2: PROPOSAL ONBOARDING (60 - 90 minutes)

Brady and Jennie will conduct an in-depth discussion about your family’s current disability plan using the CaringTide Seven Foundations of Disability Planning™  framework. During this session, they will gather information about your goals, challenges, and specific needs.

STEP 3: MAP PRESENTATION (30 minutes)

Equipped with important information gathered in step 2, Jennie and Brady will present a customized planning roadmap for your family. This roadmap will identify areas of focus and planning gaps. Pricing and the scope of work will be presented.

If You Decide to Join as a Partner Family

For families that choose to join as a CaringTide Partner Family, payment will be collected, full access to all essential planning tools will be provided, and work for your Foundational Planning will begin.

Partner Family has two important phases:

Foundational Planning: (3-6 months)

In this initial phase, we’ll work with you to create a strong foundation for your disability planning using our framework, The Seven Foundations of Disability Planning™ . We’ll identify gaps and explore opportunities to help you reach your goals.

Continuity of Care: (Ongoing)

With the foundational planning in place, you can have peace of mind knowing that your plan is secure. Your journey continues with CaringTide as your trusted guide, providing ongoing support and resources throughout the years ahead.

How much does Partner Family cost?

There are two costs associated with Partner Family.

  • Foundational Planning: One-time cost based on complexity ($3,500 – $7,500). This cost can be paid up front or broken up into four equal monthly payments. 
  • Continuity of Care: Monthly cost of $39. No long-term contract, cancel at any time.
