CARINGTIDE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services and Fees

1.1 Services: CaringTide, LLC (“CaringTide”) will provide the services described in the description of each product/service.

1.2 Fees: You, the Client, will pay the fees outlined in assigned to each service. Fees are invoiced in advance and are due within ten (10) days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

1.3 Third-Party Providers: CaringTide may refer you to third-party service providers, including legal and financial professionals. CaringTide may collect referral fees from these providers but does not accept compensation to promote specific providers.

1.4 Advisory Role: By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that CaringTide’s role is purely advisory and that its employees are not licensed professionals in any field, including law, finance, or taxes.

2. Term and Termination

2.1 Term: This agreement begins on the date you purchase (“Effective Date”) and continues monthly until terminated.

2.2 Termination: Either party can terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Immediate termination is possible if either party breaches the agreement and fails to cure the breach within ten (10) days of receiving notice.

2.3 Survival: Upon termination, you must pay all outstanding fees within thirty (30) days. Section 3 of this agreement will survive termination.

3. Miscellaneous

3.1 Independent Contractor: CaringTide will perform services as an independent contractor.

3.2 Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements.

3.3 Amendments: Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

3.4 Assignment: You cannot transfer or assign this agreement without CaringTide’s written consent.

3.5 Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Utah law.

3.6 Jurisdiction: All disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

3.7 Notices: Notices must be in writing and will be considered given if delivered personally, by confirmed email, or five (5) days after being mailed by U.S. registered or certified mail.

3.8 Legal Fees: The prevailing party in any dispute will be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs.

3.9 Severability: If any provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.

Acknowledgment: By purchasing a service or product from this company you accept these terms, you agree to abide by all conditions set forth in this document.
